What are the access hours?

Access your unit 24/7 with a unique code for entry through the security gate.

What are the office hours?

Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday, 9 am to 12 pm.

Do you have any other locations?

Yes! Miamitown Self Storage is located just 5 miles to the east. Take I-74 / I-275 Exit 7 to 5990 St. Rt. 128

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be processed by autopay, in person, or over the phone. We also have a payment dropbox, though we only accept cash and cashier’s checks in person.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Including but not limited to perishables, animals, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids. Please refer to your Rental Agreement for complete terms.
